This gentle but structured session helps you regain confidence and comfort before your next adventure. If it’s been a while since your last dive — especially 6 months or more — this refresher is the perfect way to ease back in safely and confidently. Led by a certified instructor, you’ll review the key skills and procedures before a relaxed guided dive in shallow coastal waters.
